Blue Cottage is set off a small road in the northern part of Arorangi Village on the west coast of Rarotonga. This 2-bedroom house is owned by a German couple who visit Rarotonga just once a year (the second bedroom is locked for personal belongings). The single storey cement house is set in a pleasant garden with fruit trees and is less than 5 minutes walk to the beachfront at Manuia Beach Hotel. This is an excellent option for those looking for independent living at a great price.
The house features a spacious living room (no TV) with dining table and an open plan fully equipped kitchen (no dishwasher). The bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe and is next to the hot water bathroom (shower only). The garage outside has a washing machine.
