Aro’a Beachside Inn is set in a peaceful beachfront location on the west coast of Rarotonga with stunning sunset views . Accommodation is in double storey units is double storey wooden buildings with self contained units, all with ocean views. The property has well-kept lawns sweeping down to the striking white-sand beach, and a good snorkelling lagoon. Aroa doe s not permit children under 12yrs, making it a fantastic choice for those seeking a great value peaceful escape.

There are three Oceanview Studios with double bed, sleeping a maximum of 3 people, and eight Beachside Deluxe Units with queen plus single beds, sleeping a maximum of 4. (Rollaway beds are available for all units.) Two of the Beachside Units have wheelchair access and disabled bathrooms. All units are self-contained with fully-equipped kitchen facilities containing fridge-freezer, microwave, electric two-ring cooker, toaster and complimentary starter pack. All units enjoy lagoon views from their private balcony, are fully-screened and come complete with hot-water shower, beach towels, hairdryer, color television, IDD telephone, CD/clock radios, and ceiling fans. The units are attractively decorated with wood-panel walls and flooring and bright colorful soft furnishings giving a modern yet cozy feel.

A daily tropical breakfast is included in the price, served in the cool and shady beachfront “Shipwreck Hut.”There is a popular beach BBQ with entertainment three times a week. Aro’a Beachside Inn also offers great on-site facilities including complimentary use of snorkels, reef shoes and kayaks to make the most of its stunning beach location with all-tide swimming and fantastic snorkeling. Free use of bicycles, barbeque facility, badminton, boules, CD/DVD/VCR players, and library ensure guests will never be bored, and there is even seasonal whale-watching.

For those that prefer a more leisurely pace, there are sun loungers and hammocks to soak up the sunshine in. With a policy of 12 years and over only, and a truly tranquil location, rest and relaxation is assured. Other on-site facilities to make your stay more comfortable include car parking, security boxes, and same-day laundry service and ironing facility. There are shops and a dairy within easy walking distance, cafes and restaurants nearby, a bus stop right outside the site, and of course Rarotonga is a small island with a multitude of great destinations for dining out.
