Aitutaki Beach Resort is located on a small motu connected to the main island by land bridge. The resort features a lovely beachside restaurant, tropical plants and lots of coconut palms. The beachfront is exquisite and there's a lovely lagoon in front protected by a sand spit that makes the ideal spot to sunbath. There's a small pool and on site moped hire enables guests to explore the main island of Aitutaki.

The resort offers 7 Overwater bungalows, 5 beachfront suites, 9 lagoon view bungalows and 16 deluxe garden bungalows. All bungalows are traditionally decorated with thatch roofs, hand woven pandanus wall matting, coconut hemp rope and locally carved artifacts. All bungalows are air-conditioned, ceiling fan, mini bar, direct dial international telephone, hair dryer, tea and coffee making facilities.

interior

Beachfront suites are adjacent to a white sand beach and the bedroom has been raised to take advantage of the magnificent lagoon view. Lagoon view bungalows are only a few steps from the edge of the lagoon with views to the main island. Deluxe garden bungalows are set amongst lush tropical gardens and soft white sand.

overwater bungalow

The Overwater Bungalows (only the veranda is actually overwater - the bungalow is built on the land) are located at the far end of the property facing the lagoon and offshore motu islands. The overwater bungalows have an outdoor shower enclosed by a private tropical garden. The large terrace area has direct access to the lagoon.
